The Bank Sued Kevin Federline for $117,704 — Two Years After Britney’s Last Check

City National Bank sued Kevin Federline, 48, alleging he owes at least $117,704 across three accounts: a credit card, a personal line of credit, and an overdraft line.

The suit surfaced in late October 2026, nearly two years after Britney Spears’ final child support payment in November 2024. The bank agreements were signed in late November 2024, around the time of that final payment.

The support ladder: Federline received $40,000 a month from Spears. That was cut to $20,000 after their son Sean Preston turned 18. It ended when their younger son, Jayden, finished high school in November 2024.

The $117,704 is a bank allegation in a filing, not a confirmed judgment. The suit does not link the end of support to the debt, and this article does not either.
