I made this thread to debunk the claim that there is a lack of black men for black women to choose from when in reality, it’s the exact opposite. Childless Black Men that stay within the race should be lauded because they are likely settling
If an in-shape black man with no children wants an in-shape black woman with no kids, he’s fucked. Take 100 women. 14% are black. So you’re down to 14. 75% are single moms. Now you’re down to 3.5. 80% are obese or overweight. Now you only have 0.7% of all women to choose from
That’s just 3 standards: black, fit, and childless. We’re not even factoring in weaves, tattoos, geography, bad attitudes, age, beauty, sexuality, etc., which would lower the pool even further.
Clearly, I’m referring to American women in this post.
Let’s say there are 12 million adults (18+) black women in this country. If you want one that is fit and childless, you’re limited to only 600 thousand in the US. That’s before any other standards and competition from other men. The pickings are slim. Pun intended
I have children and I’m in decent but not in great shape. I have wiggle room to say I only date black women because the pool becomes significantly wider for me than it does for my fit, childless counterparts
Honestly, Brothers, your best two bets are to get with your high school/college sweetheart or be a lifelong bachelor.
