Hila Klein stopped asking and started telling.
On Friday, Oct. 23, she posted to Instagram that her husband Ethan Klein had been having an affair for over six months. Fourteen years of marriage. Three sons — Theodore, 7, Bruce, 4, and Sunny, 2. She called it a nightmare she can’t wake up from.
She says she saw it coming and said so. She raised concerns for months. She got dismissive answers and no action. She trusted him anyway, because she loved him. Then she stopped trusting him and started trusting herself.
She didn’t find one lie. She found a ladder.
First it was just a kiss. Then it was emotional cheating. Then, after she dragged it out of him lie by lie, the full affair — over six months, the extent of which she says she still doesn’t know. A man doesn’t confess in stages because he’s sorry. He confesses in stages because he’s still negotiating what he can keep.
The H3 Podcast went on indefinite hiatus on Oct. 22, hours before her statement. Ethan asked for privacy and stepped back, saying he is working to remove his ownership and financial stakes from the podcast, Teddy Fresh, Teddy Glow, and every joint venture — so the money flows to Hila and the crew, not him.
The crew didn’t wait for a verdict: shocked, angry, heartbroken. They stand with Hila. They will not continue working with Ethan involved or profiting in any way.
Then came the twist only the internet could write. A clip resurfaced of Ethan ripping into men who cheat on the mothers of their kids. Ned Fulmer — fired from the Try Guys in 2022 after cheating on his wife — answered on X on Oct. 25: “karma’s a bitch, huh?”
The story is the woman who trusted her instincts after months of being told not to. “You’re not crazy. Trust your instincts. Trust yourself. If you’re not being treated right, get up and leave.” Those are her words, not ours.
A man who lies in stages will lie about the stages. Believe the pattern, not the apology.
